Vigorous Tenderness: a summer solstice concert

Vigorous Tenderness: a summer solstice concert resembles an art museum experience, with chamber music and ocean sounds in harmony with the landscape while the audience follows a path of listening and reflection.

Please arrive between 6 and 6:45pm and move through the installation at your own pace.

Sliding scale donations are welcomed: suggested ticket price is $25 but please pay what you can based on need.  Advance reservations are recommended.  

Cash and venmo accepted; everything goes to the musicians and to supporting future concerts.

We are thrilled to partner with Make Music Portland to present a new work by Hannah Kendall for community participation and are seeking folks to take an active part in this performance.  No musical experience or rehearsal is required.  Please email if you'd like to be a part of this US premiere.
