Vigorous Tenderness: a summer solstice concert

Vigorous Tenderness: a summer solstice concert resembles an art museum experience, with chamber music and ocean sounds in harmony with the landscape while the audience follows a path of listening and reflection.



Please arrive between 6 and 6:45pm and move through the installation at your own pace.

Sliding scale donations are welcomed: suggested ticket price is $25 but please pay what you can based on need.  Advance reservations are recommended.  

Cash and venmo accepted; everything goes to the musicians and to supporting future concerts.

We are thrilled to partner with Make Music Portland to present a new work by Hannah Kendall for community participation and are seeking folks to take an active part in this performance.  No musical experience or rehearsal is required.  Please email vigorous.tenderness@gmail.com if you'd like to be a part of this US premiere.
